Frequently asked questions

What is Voxer coaching?

Voxer coaching happens through the Voxer app, where we communicate through voice or text messages. This allows you to share thoughts, questions, or reflections throughout your week, and I respond with guidance and encouragement within 24 hours Monday–Friday.

Do I need to be deeply religious to work with you?

Not at all. While my coaching is faith-centered, this space is welcoming to women who are exploring, rebuilding, or reconnecting with their faith at their own pace.

What kinds of things can we talk about in coaching?

Coaching can include topics like rebuilding confidence, navigating life transitions, reconnecting with your identity, strengthening your faith, processing difficult seasons, or gaining clarity about your next steps.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on growth, clarity, and moving forward. It is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.

What if I’ve never worked with a coach before?

That’s completely okay. Many clients begin coaching without any prior experience. My goal is to create a supportive and comfortable space where you can reflect, grow, and move forward at your own pace.

Can I cancel coaching if I need to?

Yes. Coaching is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime if your needs or circumstances change. You may only want/need a month, or you might want/more. Billing is flexible and can be cancelled or paused any time before the next billing cycle.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching may be a good fit if you feel ready for change but aren’t sure where to start. Many women come to coaching when they feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of their next step. Coaching creates a supportive space to reflect, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before beginning. You only need a willingness to grow and explore what’s possible.

What is coaching — and how is it different from therapy?

Life coaching is a supportive space focused on growth, clarity, and moving forward. In coaching, we explore your goals, beliefs, and experiences to help you reconnect with your worth, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

While coaching can involve reflecting on past experiences, the primary focus is on personal growth, perspective, and creating positive change in the present and future.

Therapy, on the other hand, is provided by licensed mental health professionals and focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, trauma, or psychological disorders.

Coaching does not replace therapy or mental health care. Instead, it can be a complementary form of support for women who want guidance, encouragement, and space to reflect as they grow.
