Sometimes life feels like a pause — that quiet, uncertain space between what was and what’s next. Held in the In-Between was created for the woman standing there, wondering how to trust God when everything feels stretched thin.

Over three gentle days, we’ll slow down, breathe deep, and sit with Jesus in the stretch. Through reflection, journaling, and prayerful conversation, you’ll learn to rest in His presence — not because you’ve arrived, but because He’s already holding you right where you are.
